AICOSH; Humanity for World Peace, Held on September 15 to 17
The 4thThe 2022 Annual International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities (AICOSH)
The world situation is currently experiencing a difficult period as a result of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, stagnation in food and energy supplies has caused crises that have hit various countries in the world. This condition further hampered the rate of revival of countries due to the Covid-19 pandemic two years earlier. Moreover, in some developing countries, where there are still horizontal conflicts between tribes, between political elites and the repression of the state towards its people, it adds to the list of "wars" between humans that are still rife. Slowing economic growth, limited energy and food supplies caused turmoil and government failures in several countries resulted in "bankruptcy". In the midst of the current situation in the world, the noble values of humanity, namely humanity, are at stake, the extent to which current human values continue to grow into hope for the creation of a world that is peaceful, safe and prosperous. The threat of war and conflict in modern times is also faced bycyber war and cyber crime, where wars and conflicts occur in the worldcyber. This war can seriously threaten a country, community groups and even individuals throughproxy war, the loss of national borders and the weakness of state authority led to warcyberbecome a 'deadly' war. The sovereignty of a nation is no longer measured by how strong its army is and how big the fort is built, but how safe the population's data is from crime and abuse for the purpose of espionage to fighting between the nation's children.
Responding to current conditions, the role of academics in various scientific groups is very much needed, contributing thoughts, ideas and ideas about peace, humanity and the right to life of all human beings. The presence of academics is expected to be a catalyst for political tensions and deadlocks that lead to local, regional and global conflicts. It was this sense of calling that prompted the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta to hold an international conference again.
