The Indonesian government uses various strategies to support the economic sector and the era of globalization of the Asean Economic Community (AEC). The basis supported by the central government to improve human resources is the construction of a Vocational Institute in SMK. With the formation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), the ASEAN region has transformed the ASEAN region into an integrated economic zone that is fully integrated with the global economy. The AEC forms a competitive, innovative and dynamic economic zone. Therefore, the country is challenged to prepare skilled, superior and competent human resources. Certification of student competency tests through the 1st party Professional Certification Institute (LSP-P1) is one of the efforts to synchronize and align realizing the link and match of SMK with Industry.

The Communication Science Study Program learns to sharpen the curriculum by following the LSP Accessor Simulation (08/06) in the field of Strategic Planner is an Advertising concentration field that is explored in the Communication Science Study Program whose learning outcomes are about the planning process that applies in the organization in order to understand the goals, directions, and decisions to get good results and according to the target. Usually this strategic planning has the objective of organizing or managing all the resources in the organization or company to the best of its ability to obtain the desired results. 3 Lecturers of the Communication Science Study Program, namely Dr. Yani Tri Wijayanti, Dr. Rama Kertamukti, Dr. Fatma DIan Pratiwi, the three of them are diligent in paying attention to the simulation of accessors in the field of strategic planners to find out how the competition from the CPL of the Communication Science Study Program is tested in the Professional Certification Institute room in anticipation of the needs of graduates.
