UINSUKA Communication Sciences PR Party Holds Awarding Ceremony 2022

Party Of PR is an annual event for the Communication Studies Study Program, which has been held since 2019. The theme of this year's POP is "Be A Smart PR, Be A Smart Digital Citizen". The series of events consists of: Be A Smart Digital Citizen Campaign, Mini Bootcamp, POP Competition, and Awarding as closing. This event was held hybridly at the Interactive FISHUM and Convention Hall of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The Be A Smart Digital Citizen campaign has been implemented from April 15-June 23, 2022 via Instagram. Mini Bootcamp, which is a 2-day Webinar held on 22-23 June 2022 via zoom. Then the POP Competition, which is the subject of the competition, which is participated by various students from all over Indonesia. And Awarding on June 28, 2022 which was held spectacularly by inviting NWS (Neo Wedding Singer) as entertainment.

The webinar on the first day of session 1 raised the theme "Innovation and Collaboration PR in the Digital Era" which was held through the zoom channel starting at 09.00-15.00 which was attended by 158 participants. Session 1 was delivered by Steve Saerang, BPP Perhumas Indonesia. He explained 9 New Skill Need For The Future. Session 2 of the webinar with the theme “Maneuvering Public Relations to Break the Crisis and Creating Innovation in the Digital era” was attended by Rian M. Yusuf, Business Development, Digital and Marketing Advisor at Nexus RSMC and Dr Rama Kertamukti, Sos., M.Sn who is the Head of Communication Studies Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. According to Rian M. Yusuf, there are 4 PR capabilities in dealing with a company crisis. Dr. Rama Kertamukti, Sos., M. Sn conveys material in the form of messages and content on social media which is the result of thinking from a Public Relations. The conclusion of his material is, “conversations on social media can provide information for PR 5.0 in seeing the thoughts, likes/dislikes, personality and even the mood of the entities we study. Be a Smart Listener on Social Media.”

The webinar on the second day of session 1 raised the theme "Understanding The Trend and Be A Creative Creator" which was held at 10.00-16.00 WIB, attended by 222 participants. Session 1 delivered by Andovi Da Lopez, Chief Creative Officer Narasi tv. Andovi recounts his journey in the world of YouTuber that brought his big name. Ten tips on being yourself and a message for all of us to have a high sense of nationalism.

Webinar session 2 with the theme "Improve The Skills Of Public Speaking As Public Relations With Digital Era" delivered by Anti Albaqiatus Sholihat, Broadcaster of Baladeka FM Radio and Teuku Daffa, Business Improvement Manager @Halodoc. These 2 speakers delivered material in the form of tips for speaking fluently and confidently. The second day of the webinar closed with POP Talks. Discussed Public Relations Communities from 4 campuses, namely: PRO UIN SUKA Community, UGM Premiere Community, Cyber ​​PR Ikom UPN Veterans East Java and UAJY Public Relations Community.

As the closing of the Party Of PR series, there was a very lively awarding. It was held in Hybrid at the Convention Hall of UIN Sunan Kalijaga which was attended by 2019-2021 Communication Science Students. Not only attended by Communication Studies students, the awarding was also attended by faculty officials such as lecturers and vice deans. The closing of the Party Of PR which was closed by Dr. Badrun Alaena, M.Si was marked by a lively conversion of the Converti. The Convention Hall was transformed into a spectacular stage decorated with sparkling lights on the right and left and a Smoke Party in the form of smoke from the stage. Yesterday's awarding was like a music concert.

There is a reading of the nominations from the category of the best competition winners. The reading of the nominations is as good as the award shows on television. There is a back song from NWS when reading the nominations. The first place in the PR Campaign was won by the Senoparty UNPAD team, the first place in Voice Over was won by Tiara Pramudhita from UIN Walisongo Semarang, the first place in News Presenter was won by Annisa Rahayu from UIN Sunan Kalijaga and the first place in Management Issue was won by the Sansa team of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. For entertainment, NWS sang 6 very good songs, namely: Kangen (Dewa 19), If (Vierra), Let (Nidji), Fix You (Coldplay), Jump Higher (Sheila On 7) and CHRISYE (Diskoria).

Communication Studies students and the committee sang together to celebrate the peak of the Party Of PR event with joy and passion. The NWS vocalist performed the song with enthusiasm. The audience was very enthusiastic about enjoying the songs that were sung. They come forward to enjoy the rhythm of the music expressively. A happy aura adorned their faces because they had successfully organized the Party of Public Relations series in 2022. The awarding was closed with a group photo at the Convention Hall Stage of UIN Sunan Kalijaga.
